Very good recap. I did not like the show at all when I saw the set list on paper for one I knew that this was gonna be a shit night and it turns out I was right, but I did not want to be right the Fuego and life-saving gun and Wolfman were OK but nothing special and when tweezer is terrible you know it’s a bad night Especially a Madison Square Garden tweezer. I thought it was strange that 1228 was a great show but it’s like they can’t keep up the momentum when a night it’s supposed to be 3.7 is 4.0 obviously 1229 was the show of the run so far I hope that 1231 will for the first time since 1995 be the best of the four I like everything‘s right in terms of hyper percentage of jamming like you said with wave of Hope where I don’t like the song or the lyrics specially way too hopeful because everything is wrong in this country not right so it’s so disingenuous to hear those lyrics over and over just like the song stash I don’t like being indifferent about anything and that song is all about indifference and not giving a fuck like the song bug both of which I cannot stand but I seem to be alone on stash and everybody’s with me on bug I never know what fans are on or thinking Like are we listening to the same music? I like Petrichor and Spices and Drift While You’re Sleeping , but despise time turns elastic everybody else hates all of the 4 it seems. My least favorite songs were not played at least on 12 30 an iconic night in Phishstory so Thank God for small favors I guess. No let me lie party time TTE friends bug possum there was a stash on this run but fans and band love it so I must tolerate the repetition nonsense that is maybe so and maybe not ad infinitum I always skip to six minutes in even for the type two good stashes. Back to the shit list I don’t like the well I love the jam when there will be a SOAM dark type I assume at some point in 2024. I love Monsters and Life Saving Gun and Oblivion and in going back a bit further to 2017 I love Page most so MEAP and I always wanted it this way I wish they would play those two as much as they play evolve everything’s (wrong) right? SYSF etc. I actually really like Soul Planet I think I am on a lonely trip there with that choose. That is part of what I love about fish everybody has a different favorite song and everybody hates different songs because there’s so many to choose from and so many covers. I will never hate this band, but tonight was the biggest disappointment in recent history, Alpine Valley final night even had a Isabella and the show was like 3.3. It was terrible too and the other one that comes to mind would, of course be Wilmington or night one Starlake, because I attended and was not happy at all night to almost made up for it at least one of my favorite songs. Most events aren’t planned, and during a really cool fireworks display in the distance over the lake, but nothing like 2003 or 2013 I thought Burgettstown was a venue like the Gorge MSG or Blossom where it’s almost always good but I was wrong. Especially because they had just done a really short set too because of the thunderstorm I thought they would make up for it on 721 but alas I was wrong. Maybe they will make up for last night with an epic.Auld Lang Syne Into Gamehendge one can hope fingers crossed For my favorite song the lizards with narration first time since 1993 would be so cool I love you fish but you really let us down as hard-core fans with a 13 minute tweezer.
